INCOLOY 800 (also known as 0Cr20Ni32AlTi), a heat-resistant steel alloy, is a nickel-chromium-based austenitic alloy containing 15-25% chromium, 30-45% nickel, and small amounts of aluminum and titanium. It is used in a single austenitic structure, exhibiting high-temperature corrosion resistance and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it suitable for manufacturing components in the chemical industry, nuclear generators, heat exchange equipment, and high-temperature, high-pressure water environments.
This alloy has a density of 8.0 g/cm³, a specific heat capacity of 455 J/(kg·℃), is non-magnetic, and has a melting temperature range of 1350-1400℃. Its corrosion resistance is superior to conventional austenitic stainless steel and some similar alloys, and it can be processed into plates, strips, pipes, and forgings.
