 Working Principle



Adopt the temperature difference circulation, controller operates whole solar water heater system automatically.


1. Pump will start circulation when temperature difference between solar collector and water tank reaches the set value.

2. Pump will stop circulation once the temperature difference lower than set value.

3. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically

4. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to the water tank by a coil heat exchanger.

5. The solar thermal panel will collect energy from sunlight to heat water; there is electric heating element inside water tank, for backup in cloudy or rainy days.
