U pipe solar colletcor is a type of high efficiency direct flow evacuated tube solar collector with 10pcs , 15pcs , 20pcs of solar vacuum tube 58/1800 or 47/1500, used for domestic/ commercial hot water heating and space heating


Unlike standard "heat pipe" collectors that use a phase-change fluid, U-pipe collectors utilize a direct-flow system where the heat transfer fluid (typically water or a glycol-antifreeze mixture) flows through a continuous U-shaped 

copper pipe within each vacuum tube.

The u pipe solar collector tube consists of three primary parts that work together to capture and transfer solar energy:

Evacuated Solar Glass Tube: Composed of two borosilicate glass layers and with a vacuum between them to minimize heat loss.

Absorption Layer: The inner glass tube is coated with a selective material that absorbs solar radiation and converts it into heat.

U-Pipe & Fin: A copper U-pipe is encased in an aluminum fin inside the tube. This fin conducts heat from the glass directly to the fluid inside the copper pipe.
